Has seen action as a rotational tight end in Penn State’s offense since he was a true freshman in 2020. Had his best season in 2023 with 32 catches and 6 touchdowns. Has excellent size for an NFL tight end and came to Penn State as a versatile former receiver. Had a limited repertoire of routes he ran, mostly intermediate and shorter routes. He rarely was able to use his speed other than after the catch. He was extremely effective when targeted due to a tremendous catch radius and strength to win at the catch point. Made a lot of yards after the catch thanks to ability to break tackles. Has upside as an inline blocker and has flashed ability to seal the edge and get movement. If he can develop as a route runner his receiving traits and size make him an intriguing prospect at the next level.
