Ourlads' Profile:
2021 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about RASHAD WEAVER: Pittsburgh, 6043 265 4.88. Three-year starter, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Missed all of 2019 with a torn ACL suffered in preseason. Came back strong in his final year, earning first-team All ACC honors. Has an attractive frame with current thickness and width that has plenty of room for more functional muscle. A physical player at the point of attack that does a nice job using his heavy hands and natural bend. There is a lot to work with when looking at his potential as a versatile inside-out lineman. Not overly impressive when it comes to upfield burst and suddenness, but he can be a factor as a third down pass rusher that can be moved around. There are multiple options when it comes to how a defensive front can use him and he can be an every down force within a year or two. Has a pro-look to his frame that simply has more upside in a pro strength program than others. Wide body with big hands and solid upper body girth. Can bend at the knees naturally. Does a nice job with the lockout game. Extends his elbows, hands are powerful and accurate, and maintains a low base. Consistently in good position after engagement with the blocker. Has some inside-out versatility. Has developed rush moves when in traffic. Can adjust well in tight spaces and turn a tight corner. Plus run defender that finishes hard. Swallows the ball carrier and won’t let anyone escape if he gets hands on. 2020 stats: 36 T, 14.5 TFL, 7.5 sacks, 2 PBU, 12 QBH, 3 FF. Second/third round. (A-33 1/4, H-9 3/4, BP-20, 10-1.57).
