Ourlads' Profile:
2021 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about JAYLON MOORE: Western Michigan, 6041 311 5.27. Three-year starter, Detroit, MI. Two-time second team All MAC. Played left tackle for the Broncos. A quick twitch athlete with thick hips and legs. Solid base. Long arms and meat hooks for hands. Pass blocking is the most important skill for linemen nowadays and Moore can shuffle slide to wall a speed rush but not consistently. Will waist bend at times and can get put on skates when he loses his knee bend. Average set quickness. Struggles to get depth on a wide-9 speed rusher. In the run game he can square up and base block but looks awkward at times and off balance. Plays high when he pulls. Needs to improve his hand placement, punch, and stance. May project to guard where he is surrounded by help. Will need technique work, but the tools are there. Developmental player with draftable qualities. Sixth/seventh round. (A-33 3/8, H-11, BP-27, 10-1.82).
