Ourlads' Profile:

2020 Guide: What Ourlads' Scouting Services said about PRINCE TEGA WANOGHO: Auburn, 6051 308 5.15. Two-plus year starter, Montgomery, AL. Native of Delta State, Nigeria and the son of a Prince and Princess. Earned second-team All SEC honors in 2019. Was a sought after defensive recruit out of high school that made the move to full time offensive lineman when he arrived at Auburn. Had a rough-go early but evolved into one of the best linemen in the SEC. While there are still technique issues when it comes to consistent execution from snap to whistle, he still has plenty of untapped upside. At his best he had dominant stretches where he made everything look easy. The ability is there and it’s been showcased several times. Powerful, country-strong hands that are kept inside. Accurate initial punch and does a nice job of staying within himself. Maintains proper knee bend and foot placement throughout engagement on all levels. Keeps his feet wide enough to maintain his anchor, but will keep them chopping and active. Good body control and decision making. Can adjust on the fly, a fast thinker with good reactions. Stays aware and balanced. A little late and slow off the ball at times. Needs to be more consistent with his initial movement and violence out of his stance. Too often he will try to catch the defender rather than take full control. Struggles against longer defenders. Struggles to re-anchor when initially beat. Doesn’t sustain long enough. Has multiple technique issues that lack consistency. No Combine workout. Third/fourth round. (A-33 1/2, H-10 3/8, BP-DNP, 10-DNP).
