Ourlads' Profile:
2017 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about LARRY OGUNJOBI: Charlotte, 6024 304 5.02. Four-year starter from Greensboro, NC. Concluded his career as the all-time 49er leader in tackles (217), tackles for loss (49), sacks (13), and quarterback hurries (33). A member of the first ever Charlotte recruiting class. First-team All-Conference USA. Has a nice low and explosive get off. Plays with a strong base and power to go along with his quick hands. Good lateral quickness and change of direction. A hustler who will chase down plays all over the field. A disruptive penetrator who can make himself small to leak through the inside line creases. A weapon on twists and stunts to take advantage of his agility, loose hips, and powerful steps. Lacks the hand power to jolt offensive linemen. Needs to get more core strength. Must show more gap discipline. Has been the team’s top player from the beginning, never missing a start and repeatedly producing behind the line of scrimmage. Has excellent short area quickness and easy change of direction. In the right role he can be a solid rotational tackle. Shows some serious pass rush potential but won’t be an every down player at this point in his career. Senior Bowl notes: Powerful attacking the blocker. Plays well laterally down the line using his hands to ward off blocks. Gets separation on the blocker and keeps working to the ball. A good inside pass rusher. Has the tools to be more. 2016 stats: 65 T, 13.5 TFL, 3 sacks, 2 PBU, 10 QBH. Edge speed:left 1.93, right 2.25. OSR:4/16. Third/fourth round. (A-32 3/ 8, H-10, BP-26, 10-1.76).
