Ourlads' Profile:
2018 Guide: What Ourlads' Scouting Services said about ISAIAH OLIVER: Colorado, 6002 201 4.52. Junior entry from Goodyear, AZ. Concluded his career with 16 starts in 37 games and was named first-team All-Pac 12 in 2017. Good size for the position. Solid press corner that can be physical with receivers at the line. Mirrors cuts well and can stay in phase on the deep vertical. Some hitch in transitions at times but shows good recovery ability and body control. Closes ground quickly on passes in front of him. Solid off-hand jam, combining strength with balance as he reroutes a receiver. Turns and runs with good eye discipline in man cover. Keeps his focus on the receiver and has quick hands for the break up. Can be a lockdown corner and usually drew opponents’ best receiver. While at his best in press he was functional backed off. Shows a smooth backpedal with good pacing maintaining his cushion. A little tight hipped and will give up leverage at times, but has remarkable closing ability. Average in run support showing good shed ability and technique. Not the most eager to get in on a play but has solid tackling skills and technique. Has the speed, size and athletic ability you look for in an NFL corner. Will contribute on all special teams’ coverage units. 2017 stats: 26 T, 13 PBU, 2 INT. BTR:left 4.59, right 4.71. OSR:17/ 41.
