Ourlads' Profile:
2021 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about FELEIPE FRANKS: Arkansas, 6063 234 4.61. Four-year starter, Crawfordville, FL. Started three years at Florida before getting injured early in 2019 and losing his job to fellow 2021 draft prospect Kyle Trask. That forced him to grad-transfer to Arkansas for the 2020 season. An impressive specimen with a huge, athletic frame that includes a very powerful arm. The former Boston Red Sox draft pick (as a pitcher) has starter-traits both on and off the field. He needs to simply learn the game at a higher level so he can make quicker reads and make better decisions. The raw talent is there and he has shown enough on tape in the SEC. Massive frame that checks all the boxes when it comes to height, weight, and length. Maintains solid athleticism despite that size, making him a difficult load to get to the ground. Powerful arm that can fit the ball into tight windows. Accurate to the sidelines. Great trajectory and touch on his deep balls. Can really loft it up there and drop it in a bucket with a clean spiral. Can extend plays, will find open creases while maintaining his eyes down the field. Will be a threat in quarterback sneak situations. Gets mentally thrown off his game too easily. Will lose presence in the pocket, will rush through reads. Runs himself into pressure too often, needs to trust the pocket. Will get fooled by coverages and blitzes. Doesn’t appear to have an advanced understanding of the game and it impedes his physical potential. 2020 stats: 163/238, 2107 yds, 68.5%, 17 TD, 4 INT, 204 yds rushing, 1 TD, 163.07 QB rating. Fifth/sixth round. (A-33 3/4, H-10, SS-4.22, VJ-32.5).
