Ourlads' Profile:
2021 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about SETH WILLIAMS: Auburn, 6030 211 4.49. Three-year starter, Cottondale, AL. Has been a key piece to the Auburn offense since he stepped foot on campus. His talent and tool set is a hard combination to find. Tall, strong, and fast with outstanding leaping ability. An all-state medalist in high school in both the long jump and high jump. An easy prospect to like when it comes to his physical traits. While he does have good, strong hands, he too often did not come down with the ball in contested situations. Even though he has plus-athletic ability, he gets sloppy with his release and route running. Has shown enough to warrant an opportunity in the NFL, but he really needs to take in coaching and apply himself to maximize what he already has. Wide catch radius and plays with an aggressive, physical mindset. Inviting target in the red zone and doesn’t need to be open in order for a quarterback to throw him the ball. Will compete before and after the catch. A bully with the ball in his hands. Has long-stride speed once he gets going. Maintains good composure and balance as he goes deep with the ball coming his way. A factor underneath and shows potential to be a good third down weapon because of his ability to box out defenders. Successful when he comes back to the ball. Hard to reach around for defensive backs. Inconsistent across the board. Doesn’t come down with the tough catches in key moments often enough. Lets too many balls hit the ground after coming in contact with his hands. Slow release off the line at times. Doesn’t get in and out of routes with enough urgency or quickness. Boom or bust. 2020 stats: 47-760, 16.2 ypr, 4 TD. Fourth/fifth round. (A-33 1/2, H-9 7/8, VJ-37, SS-4.43).
