Oklahoma, 6046 318 5.30. Three-year starter, Maryland Heights, CO. Brings immense talent and tools to the table. Measures in at prototype levels and has an explosive style of play. Gets off the ball in a hurry, does damage on initial contact, and has the ability to recover. His issues have a lot to do with correctable technique and timing mistakes. Will often lean too much from the waist, hindering his ability to move his feet and stay square to his target. If he gets with the right coach and really applies himself, he can be a quality starter at the next level, but it will take some time. Immense physical talent attached to a prototype frame with extra length to work with. Can do serious damage on the move. Creates a new line of scrimmage in the running game. Explosive off the ball, violent punch, and an overly effective lockout game. Shows a forward lean with active feet. Very in sync as a run blocker from top to bottom. Can recover in the passing game, stemming from natural athleticism and hungry mindset. Struggles to carry his athletic ability over to lateral movement. Poor adjustments lead to poor balance. Hands are all over the place. Needs to work on inside hand position, staying square to his man, and showing better understanding of what defenses are trying to do. Plays too much catch up and the lack of body control leaves him vulnerable.
