Three-year starter. All-Big 10 three consecutive seasons. Was just the fourth true freshman in school history to rush for over 1,000 yards (Ron Dayne, James White, Jonathan Taylor). He turned 20-years old just three months prior to the 2024 Draft. Is the second all-time leading rusher in school history among three-year backs. He finished near or at the top of multiple measurables among ball carriers in the class and has the vision to complement his talent. His ceiling is a top rusher on a team that specializes between the tackles, but the change in offensive scheme at Wisconsin with the new coaching staff created some questions about his versatility. Needs a specific role in a specific style of offense to truly maximize his unique ability. Rare movement traits for a back his size. Carries top percentile weight but explodes out of a cannon when he has the crease and displays quick feet and agility through traffic. A downhill force that will push piles and run through initial contact. Can wear a defense down by himself. Stays square to the line with a loose lower half. Late movement after properly waiting for openings will evade tacklers. Has increased his production as a receiver all three years. Does not perform as a blocker the way a player his size should.
