Three-year starter. Spent four years at Georgia State before transferring to Louisville for the 2023 season. First-team All-Sun Belt in 2022 before the transfer. After elevating to a higher level of competition, Thrash rose to the occasion and earned second team All-ACC honors, more-than doubling the production of the next highest pass catcher on the team. He is a smooth and easy moving route runner who glides as if he were on ice skates. The transitions in and out of his breaks along with the mental capacity to set defenders up will create space to work with for the quarterback. He is smooth with the skill set to be a space-creator and big play threat. Next gear is there to get, and stay, over the top of the secondary and his body control to track the deep ball with steady eyes will open up downfield opportunities. Versatile route runner who can get open throughout the entire tree. Easy moving hips with fluidity in all directions. Accurate, light feet with a frame that moves cohesively as one from top to bottom. Fast and sudden to snap his head around and locate the ball. Body control comes easy. Does not play through contact well enough in contested situations. Can be thrown off his point. Small hands and short arms will lessen his radius and has allowed too many balls to hit the turf.
