Two-year starter. Jackson split his duty between return specialist and receiver. He is a quick starter who can win at the beginning of the route and make things happen after catch. The shifty, slick mover has route running potential with his ability to change direction and snap his head around to the ball. Makes numerous plays on tape all over the route tree and plays tough over the middle. His alignment versatility and return ability will give a team multiple options when it comes to his usage. Playmaker with the ball in his hands. Hits the fast forward button right away. Slippery to tacklers with an extra boost when he accelerates. Separates suddenly underneath and plays brave over the middle. Tracks the deep ball over his shoulder, maintaining balance and control. Needs more hand strength, allows too many balls to hit the ground. Does not get off press coverage with enough versatility to his approach. Does not have the final gear to stay over the top which makes his lack of size stand out. Has a history of muffed punts. Coordination is not always present.
