Five-year starter. Glover is one of the most experienced players in the entire draft class. He played over 4,000 career snaps split across three different positions, the majority of which were at left tackle. Also has notable experience at left guard and right tackle. He is a long and wide power blocker with heavy hands. His punch is violent, and he flashes good technique and balance when he is lined up correctly. He has upside to be a good drive blocker in the run game that will get after guys aggressively. The pass protection lacks consistency at this point, but he made tremendous progress in short time after getting a late Senior Bowl invite. He learned how to leverage his frame, avoiding oversetting, which helps maximize the positives in his game. Glover has swing tackle potential and has traits that cannot be taught, he just needs to raise his minimum when it comes to foot speed and placement. Strikes defenders with heavy contact and good length. Will keep guys away and prevent them from getting to his pads. Wide frame and shows the hip mobility to play with a wide base. Plays with clean upper body technique to avoid penalties. Looks for work downfield and will do damage at the second level. A classic road grader. Will lose to the outside shoulder due to slow feet. Does not have much margin to work with athletically. Struggles to win with his feet.
