First-team All-Big South-Ohio Valley in both 2023 and 2022. Began career at Central Missouri before transferring to Iowa Western Community College in 2021. Once more transferred to Southeast Missouri State in 2022 and settled in. Flournoy was a standout athlete at a lower level of college football. His speed and explosion at that size are more than good enough for the pros and if he can clean up some of the edges to his skill set, he can stick. He responded well to the jump in competition at the Senior Bowl, which is an encouraging sign. With the base there to work with, Flournoy will be given an opportunity to develop but the leash may be short as he turns 25 as a rookie. Sudden burst and has the next gear to get and stay over the top. Will stay on his line vertically, showing strength and presence against contact. Powerful hands that can adjust late. Excels near the boundary but will not overlook simple ball skills underneath. Frames the ball and plucks it. Shows a physical demeanor post-catch. Needs to be more precise as a route runner. Will take too long to get off the line, causing timing issues. Loses balance on underneath routes and will get too high. Easy target for press corners to beat up.
