Ourlads' Profile:
2024 Guide: What Ourlads’ NFL Scouting Services said about LADARIUS HENDERSON:
Michigan | HT: 6041 | WT: 309 | 40 time: 5.20 | Arm: 3500 | Hand: 1058 | Wing: 8434
Four-year starter. Spent four years at Arizona State prior to transferring to Michigan for the 2023 season. First-team All-Big 10. Henderson split his time between left guard and left tackle primarily, having logged over 1,100 snaps at both. He has the desired length and athletic ability to play outside, but his best tape came at guard. Can overwhelm defenders and create upper body push in the run game, as he was a key part to the success Michigan had on the ground. The lack of vision and feel for the chess match defenses play up front will create issues for him in pass protection. He gets leggy and off-balanced with certain movement tactics and leverage does not come easy for him, thus the hesitation in trying him at tackle. His best role would be a second or third stringer that can play emergency-tackle if needed. Long and strong. Will consistently move his man off the ball if he is accurate and balanced. Wide base in pass protection along with oversized wingspan creates a high ceiling. Competes and plays through whistle. A lot of experience at multiple positions. Just seven penalties in over 2,400 snaps. Lacks consistent and sustained control. Will lose track of feet. Bends from waist and leaves himself vulnerable. Does not produce enough strength from lower half.
