Three-year starter. All-Patriot League three straight seasons, first-team in 2023 and 2022. First-team All-America in 2023 after setting a program record and leading the nation in touchdowns (15), finishing as a Walter Payton Award finalist. Coker was a consistent big play threat against a lower level of college football. Scored 26 touchdowns over his final 23 games (two seasons) including nine consecutive games to end his career. The consistency and reliability in his game with the occasional flashes of dominance are encouraging signs when projecting such a large leap into the NFL. Coker’s body control at that size and advanced route running tactics give him a credible shot at reaching pro possession receiver status early in his career if he gets lined up in the right offense. He lacks dynamic speed and needs to shore up some specific areas, but the tough and physical competitor is worth a day three gamble because of uncommon traits. Can jump out of the building. Rare explosion for a player at his size which shows up on game day in the end zone. A weapon in contested situations. Advanced route runner who can routinely win at the top of his route. Quarterback-friendly target with huge hands. Does a lot of the little things right. Lacks the final gear to maintain separation. Will not be a vertical threat that stems from speed. Does not play big with the ball in his hands. Struggles to create after the catch.
