Two-year starter. All-Sun Belt in 2023. Has the kind of physical profile that is hard to find. He carries his weight exceptionally well with quality straight line burst and proper initial footwork. There are issues that come from his oversized frame and lack of stability. Tackles at this size need a unique blend of coordination and balance; Driskell simply does not have it yet. He will need to be coached up to better learn how to properly use his length and width. His baseline athletic ability is more than good enough, and he vastly improved from year one to year two as a starter. If he can continue that trend, he has swing tackle potential. Strong and rangy first step with quality bend. Plays with an aggressive demeanor. Will keep his feet active on drive blocks. Impact run blocker. Knows to vary up his looks in pass protection. Leverage battles are often lost. Does not maintain bend through pass sets and shows a lack of accuracy with his hands. Ability to redirect laterally is low and labored. Often found off-balance and winds up on ground too often.
