* denotes featured play

No.2 CLEMSON (1-0) at TEXAS A&M (1-0)

Kickoff: 7 p.m. Site: Kyle Field, College Station, Texas

TV: ESPN. Line: Clemson by 12.

Greg: *Texas A&M. Mitch: Clemson.

Mitch says: “Clemson plays in some tough environments, but this will be the toughest one they play in all year. Texas A&M is good enough to hang around, but I think in the end it's too much Clemson, too much defense.”

No.3 GEORGIA (1-0) at No.24 SOUTH CAROLINA (1-0)

Kickoff: 3:30 p.m. Site: Williams-Brice Stadium, Columbia, S.C.

TV: CBS. Line: Georgia by 10.

Greg: Georgia. Mitch: *Georgia.

Mitch says: “If you’re out doing yardwork (or) doing errands, you come in and turn this game on and it's 21-3 in the second quarter or something like that. I really like Georgia in this one.”

No.17 USC (1-0) at No.10 STANFORD (1-0)

Kickoff: 8:30 p.m. Site: Stanford Stadium, Stanford, Calif.

TV: FOX. Line: Stanford by 6.

Greg: *Stanford. Mitch: Stanford.

Greg says: “The reason I like Stanford as a playoff team is they can pass the football thanks to K.J. Costello. And (J.J.) Arcega-Whiteside had a tremendous game (vs. San Diego State). So they can run, they can pass. That makes them dangerous.”

No.13 MICHIGAN ST. (1-0) at ARIZONA ST. (1-0)

Kickoff: 10:45 p.m. Site: Sun Devil Stadium, Tempe, Ariz.

TV: ESPN. Line: Michigan St. by 6.

Greg: Stay away. Mitch: Arizona St.

Mitch says: “I'm jumping on the Herm (Edwards) bandwagon after one week. ... Big Ten teams are 0-7 all-time against Arizona State in Sun Devil Stadium, and they’ve all been in September. It’s supposed to be 107 degrees in Tempe. I think Arizona State has some serious weapons.”
