Ourlads' Profile:
2017 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about COLE HIKUTINI: Louisville, 6043 247 4.81. One-year starter. Junior college transfer from Sacramento, CA. Solid frame for the position with room to grow. Easy mover in space who can easily stop and change direction with minimal loss of speed. Soft hands. Looks the ball in and looks to gain yards after the catch. Quarterback’s best friend underneath with his ability to read coverage and subtly adjust his weight to find openings. Will come down with the ball in jump ball situations. A non factor on straight ahead blocking in the trenches. Won’t move defensive ends. Too much of a catcher rather than a puncher when blocking. Doesn’t have the speed to scare anyone over the top. Spent two years at Louisville, earning second-team All-ACC honors in 2016. Hikutini began playing football his sophomore year of high school, thus he was lightly recruited. However he showed glimpses of NFL ability the past two years and certainly looks the part of a developmental player who can make an impact on a passing game soon. 2016 stats: 50-668, 13.4 ypr, 8 TD. Medical exclusion at Combine, right knee. Sixth/ seventh round. (A-32 3/4, H-10, VJ-DNP, SS-DNP).
